Local SEO & Google Maps for Service Businesses

Show up where the job is.

Local SEO helps service businesses present accurate information in Google Search and Maps across the places they genuinely serve. We improve Google Business Profile details, local pages and honest review routines so nearby buyers can assess fit and contact the right team. We also monitor local map pack visibility and inquiry signals to guide ongoing improvements.

The business opportunity

Local SEO & Maps,
with a clear purpose.

A customer comparing nearby businesses may see mismatched hours, an incomplete Google Business Profile or a website that never explains whether you serve their area. Those gaps make a good business harder to evaluate and create avoidable questions for your team.

Give local buyers a consistent picture of your services, service area and real work. We align the business profile with the website, add useful local evidence and establish an honest review-response routine. Available visibility and inquiry measures help the team decide what to maintain.

Before we begin

Useful questions.

We’ll refine the details around your business in the first conversation.

Can a service-area business do local SEO?

Yes. We describe the areas you actually serve and follow Google's profile rules for your business type, including whether an address should be shown.

Do we need a separate page for each location?

Separate pages make sense when you have distinct locations or enough useful local information. We agree on that structure after reviewing the business.

Can you guarantee a top map pack position?

No. Local results depend on relevance, distance and prominence, and a searcher's location affects what they see. We can improve the accuracy and usefulness of your information and review available visibility, but we cannot set a fixed rank or control the searcher's distance.

Do you filter who gets a review request?

No. The workflow requests honest feedback consistently rather than selecting only customers expected to leave a positive review.

100-Day +30% Qualified Opportunity Guarantee

30% more qualified opportunities in 100 days.

Across the channels we manage, without increasing your agreed advertising budget. The 100 live campaign days start at the agreed launch, after setup—not at signing.

Available only with Discovery & Intake, Growth and Competitive Growth.

Eligibility, launch and measurement details

Eligibility: Available only with Discovery & Intake, Growth and Competitive Growth.

Qualification: We agree your service area, offered services, managed channels, baseline and target in writing before launch. A qualified opportunity is a real, contactable prospect requesting an offered service in that area.

Activation: The 100-day clock starts on the agreed campaign go-live date, after access, tracking and the measurement schedule are confirmed. We target the first 20 days for setup and agree any revised launch date in writing.

Measurement: Compare qualified opportunities in live campaign days 71–100 with the agreed prior 30-day baseline for the same managed channels. The target is at least 1.30 times that baseline, rounded up to a whole opportunity. A zero or near-zero baseline uses a meaningful written minimum that also meets that formula.

Remedy: If the agreed target is missed, covered acquisition and optimization work continues without its allocated service fee until the target is reached in a subsequent rolling 30-live-day window under the same counting rules and spend cap. Other agreed services retain their separately allocated fees; advertising spend and third-party costs remain separate. The signed schedule identifies the covered work and fee allocation before launch.

The measurement window and any covered no-fee remedy survive the initial contract end when needed. This does not renew paid services or require a new paid term. Any continued paid work needs a separate written agreement.

Costs: Advertising spend and third-party costs remain separate. Covered-channel advertising spend in the final 30-day measurement window must be no higher than in the baseline window. New programs use the starter budget agreed with their minimum opportunity floor. Extra advertising spend cannot be used to claim the original target was met.

A real service request
The prospect needs a service you actively offer, in your agreed service area, and provides a working phone number or email. Spam, solicitations, job applications and unrelated requests do not count.
One prospect, one opportunity
Calls, texts, photo threads and forms from the same prospect count once across managed channels within a rolling 30-day window. A follow-up on an existing open request is not a new opportunity.
The same channels and budget
Only named channels we manage are included, with the same qualification and attribution rules in both periods. Discovery covers its agreed search and intake scope; paid campaign management starts with Growth. Your company keeps ownership of its accounts.
Opportunities, not closed sales
A genuine qualified request still counts if it does not become a booked estimate or sale. Your response, availability and pricing affect that next step. We report those outcomes separately.

Market Ownership and Executive are excluded: these more complex programs fund and create long-term assets your company keeps. Revenue-share and standalone services have separately agreed terms.
