How do I measure whether organic SEO brings qualified leads?

Follow organic inquiries through service fit, quoting and the reason work was booked, lost or referred. Strata Modus uses that feedback to prioritize search work. A suitable inquiry declined because you were full should lead to a different decision from an inquiry for a service you never offer.

Separate demand quality from the reason it did not book

Inquiry outcomeWhat it may tell you
Right service and area, available slotReview the sales response and whether the work was won
Right work, no available crewReview capacity, lead times or an approved overflow route
Outside the service scope or profitable travel areaClarify pages and targeting
No quote sent or no callback completedRepair the sales handoff before judging the channel

Keep source evidence and operating feedback together

Search reporting can show which pages and queries receive visibility. Calls and forms reveal the requested work, but some sources will remain unknown. We would connect available records without counting the same customer twice or assigning an organic source without evidence.

Review results by service and location, so a high-volume page attracting the wrong job mix does not outrank a quieter page bringing appropriate projects in the planning discussion. Keep inquiry quality separate from the time staff took to respond and the availability offered to the customer.

Let the review change the next page

Discovery & Intake includes monthly strategy and technical optimization, weekly tracking, one priority SEO/GEO/AIO page and one blog post per week. Growth increases priority page work to up to five per week and retains the weekly blog. Competitive Growth and Market Ownership use weekly analysis and adaptive supporting content without fixed quotas; Executive uses daily analysis and tracking. That cadence should inform which services need demand and which already exceed capacity.
