How should I compare a monthly marketing management cost with the value it creates?

Compare the fee with the operating problem it is meant to solve and the assets it funds. Strata Modus should be assessed on the work behind qualified demand, usable intake and capacity decisions, including whether you keep buying leads when you are full and whether the engagement builds an acquisition base you can own.

Compare the scope being funded

Include the cost of handling demand

Media, software, staff follow-up and estimating time belong in the comparison. So do the costs of holding backup capacity or bringing in outside help. More revenue can require extra supervision, travel or overtime; an attractive acquisition figure alone does not show whether the work improves your business.

When crews are full, we would examine which paid demand to reduce and whether existing organic inquiries can be served later or, with customer approval, introduced to an independent partner. That approach needs an agreed process and suitable partners. Partner coordination and any referral compensation need to be costed separately from the work your own crews deliver.

Use the published terms for the comparison

All five fixed-fee packages offer four months at the published service rate, eight months at 10% off or twelve months at 15% off during the initial term. Advertising and third-party costs are separate. The qualified opportunity guarantee applies only to Discovery & Intake, Growth and Competitive Growth under its written terms.

There is no automatic renewal. At the end of the initial term, new scope and fees are agreed in writing; discounts do not roll over automatically. Revenue-share partnerships require a separate written percentage, baseline, measurement method and duration. Executive's monthly surveys, press releases and market reports remain monthly deliveries, separate from daily analysis and tracking.
