How much does a small business website cost in Washington?
Strata Modus packages start at $1,999 per month for Discovery & Intake. That is a managed website, search and intake engagement, not a standalone build quote. Compare the ongoing work, asset ownership and demand-handling requirements before using the monthly fee to judge the cost of a website.

Include what the site must do after launch
A service website needs accurate coverage, credible work examples and an inquiry path staff can use. A business that needs estimate triage or overflow routing has a different scope from one that only needs a clear service page. Building a more elaborate site will not resolve a shortage of estimating or crew capacity by itself.
Micheal Golliet leads every scope; he or Kyle Grenier sets up intake, and Sezen Güner manages content. At Market Ownership, Keegan Justis leads DevOps, Kyle implements digital infrastructure and Allana Steele supports compliance and automation controls. Advertising spend and separately scoped production or third-party costs are additional.
Compare the agreement and ownership
The first three packages use Strata-owned networks, tools and infrastructure. Market Ownership and Executive fund a customer-owned acquisition network; existing Strata assets remain Strata-owned unless transferred in writing.
All five fixed-fee packages offer four months at the published rate, eight months with 10% off the service fee, or twelve months with 15% off during the initial term. Advertising and third-party costs are separate. There is no automatic renewal. The qualified opportunity guarantee is limited to the first three packages and its written terms.
