The business opportunity

Business Phone & Shared Inbox,
with a clear purpose.

A customer can call one person, text another number and send a website message that never reaches either queue. Staff need a consistent way to see the conversation, know who should respond and recover when a provider connection fails.

Make the communication path easier to manage across the tools the business already uses. Channel access, account ownership, response hours, escalation and failed-delivery handling are documented before the workflow is put into use.

Review providers, numbers, message sources, business hours and current response responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Design the shared workflow

Agree on routing, access, escalation and records before choosing which connections to configure.

  3. 03

    Validate with the team

Test common calls and messages, handoffs, outages and duplicate events, then assign ongoing owners.

Before we begin

Useful questions.

We’ll refine the details around your business in the first conversation.

Can Strata set up a local business VoIP number and call routing?

Yes. We configure provider-backed numbers and routing, including supported Twilio setups, with human handoff and documented business account ownership. Number availability and provider account approval remain with the provider.

Can managers review recorded calls and coach staff?

Yes. We can configure supported call recording, transcripts or summaries in the selected phone platform and set up a review routine. The business controls access and retention and provides required notice and consent.

Which phone and messaging costs are separate?

The business owns the provider account and pays its number, subscription, carrier, minute and message charges; these are identified separately from setup.
