How can I trace calls, website forms and photos back to booked jobs?

Carry the original inquiry and source context into the estimate, booking and job record. Strata Modus can scope those connections so you can see which channels brought suitable work, which requests stalled in sales and which were declined or referred because the schedule was full.

Preserve the connection through ordinary work

A customer may call, send photos and submit a form about the same project. Treat those contacts as one opportunity when the records support it. The original inquiry date, requested service and available source evidence should remain attached when an estimator creates a quote or a scheduler books the job.

We review the existing phone, form and CRM setup before choosing tracking tools. Some calls will have incomplete attribution. Staff notes or an unknown source are more useful than assigning a channel simply to make the report look complete.

Photos need a job context

A photo upload should reach the person assessing the work and stay connected to the right inquiry. Agree on the approved storage and who can access the images, especially if they show a customer's property or identifying details. An upload that lands in an unrelated inbox adds sorting work without helping the quote.

Keep the final outcome specific

Booked, declined for fit, lost after quoting and unavailable due to capacity should be distinguishable. For an approved partner handoff, retain the introduction and follow-up status without presenting the partner's job as your own sale. That history lets us recommend changes to acquisition based on what happened after the phone rang.
